As part of Project Halo, we will migrate the client dashboard and ordering process from Placeorder as well as the Looker-facing functionality from Onboarding into the new website.

We have a number of Lookers with outstanding balances that we have been unable to pay due to no contact from the Lookers. Additionally, we have had instances where multiple Lookers need to be paid for the same Look and do not have a mechanism for that.

In addition to starting the new Referral Flow integration, we want to work on improving the existing EDI integration with Verisk to eliminate as much manual work as we can for our Sales and Product team to prep looks before they are solicited.

We are working with Verisk to implement a new referral program integration for XactAnalysis and Xactimate users.
